This was Milo’s very first sauce! Big chunks of fire-roasted eggplant, squash, and zucchini combine with a bold, earthy Merlot wine and succulent oregano. All those chunky vegetables means.
Diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, fresh onions, fire-roasted eggplant, fire-roasted zucchini, fire-roasted squash, Merlot wine, fresh garlic, fresh parsley, extra-virgin olive oil, fresh basil, oregano, crushed red pepper.
DINNER IS EASY WITH THIS SAUCE:
Put in lasagna or meatloaf, or add to chili, or toss with egg noodles.
- Mound vegetables, Vino de Milo Chunky Tuscan Vegetable Pasta Sauce, and cheese on a sheet of phyllo; fold into a packet and bake until golden brown.
- Slice store-bought polenta into ½” rounds; sauté til golden brown, and top with hot Vino de Milo Chunky Tuscan Vegetable Pasta Sauce, and add a bit of cheese.
