We’ve always called this a “marinara for grownups” because of the gorgeous fresh fennel. We marry that to fresh thyme, fresh basil, and fresh parsley for an incredibly flavorful, fresh marinara with a rich Argentinean Malbec wine.
Diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, fresh onions, fresh garlic, balsamic vinegar, Malbec wine, fresh parsley, extra-virgin olive oil, fresh fennel, fresh basil, fresh thyme, crushed red pepper.
DINNER IS EASY WITH THIS SAUCE:
Simmer shrimp til cooked, or toss with linguine & top with grilled salmon.
- Broil a large portobello mushroom cap 5 minutes, then top with Vino de Milo Fresh Herb Marinara Sauce and Parmesan cheese, and broil til cheese is melted.
- Toss Vino de Milo Fresh Herb Marinara Sauce with linguini & top with seared salmon.
