Filtered water, expeller- pressed non-GMO canola oil, pear juice concentrate, gorgonzola cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, enzymes, salt, mold), red wine vinegar, stone-ground mustard (water, mustard seed, salt, white wine, citric acid, tartaric acid, cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon), acacia & xanthan gums (all-natural emulsifiers), fresh garlic, Riesling wine, coarse black pepper, sea salt

why we use canola oil
The main oil we use in our healthy salad dressings is expeller-pressed non-GMO canola oil. Our entire salad dressing line was rated “Best Bite” by Nutrition Action Healthletter (August 2012), which also dispels many common myths about canola oil.
