athenian greek feta with Chardonnay
We are based in Athens — Ohio, not Greece, but since our hometown was named after Greece, we thought it appropriate to name this dressing after our namesake city. Fresh feta and a delicate blend of flavors = delicious!
Filtered water, expeller-pressed non-GMO canola oil, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, feta cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes), sea salt, fresh garlic, stone-ground mustard (water, mustard seed, salt, white wine, citric acid, tartaric acid, cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon), acacia & xanthan gums (all-natural emulsifiers), Chardonnay wine, coarse black pepper, red wine vinegar, basil, oregano.

why we use canola oil
The main oil we use in our healthy salad dressings is expeller-pressed non-GMO canola oil. Our entire salad dressing line was rated “Best Bite” by Nutrition Action Healthletter (August 2012), which also dispels many common myths about canola oil.
