moroccan marinara with Pinot Noir Wine
Our chef lived in Morocco for more than 10 years, and created this sauce for us as a fully authentic tagine. Onions and cumin blend with sweet tomatoes, and get a boost from flavorful cinnamon, ginger & cilantro.
Dinner is easy with this sauce:
Simmer with meats or veggies and serve over couscous, rice, or pasta.
Tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, citric acid, calcium chloride), fresh onions, fresh cilantro, extra-virgin olive oil, cinnamon, sea salt, cumin, Pinot Noir wine, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, crushed red pepper.
- Sauté chicken and drizzle warmed sauce atop
- Toss with sautéed veggies and freshly-cooked pasta
