Light and refreshing, this dressing gets great depth of flavor from the fresh onions we slow-cook to caramelization, preservative-free sun-dried tomatoes, and a locally-made balsamic vinegar. Add some zip to your salad!

why we use canola oil
The main oil we use in our healthy salad dressings is expeller-pressed non-GMO canola oil. Our entire salad dressing line was rated “Best Bite” by Nutrition Action Healthletter (August 2012), which also dispels many common myths about canola oil.
