low-fat turkey meatballs
1 pound ground turkey
½ – ¾ cup breadcrumbs
1 – 25 oz. jar Vino de Milo Fire-Roasted Portobello Sauce
½ cup grated Asiago cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine egg, breadcrumbs, turkey meat and half of the Vino de Milo Pasta Sauce.
- Place in a pan and top with remaining sauce.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until thermometer registers an internal temperature of at least 170°F.
- Sprinkle cheese on top then bake again until cheese melts.
