low-fat turkey meatballs

Serves: 4


1 pound ground turkey

1 egg

½ – ¾ cup breadcrumbs

1 – 25 oz. jar Vino de Milo Fire-Roasted Portobello Sauce

½ cup grated Asiago cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine egg, breadcrumbs, turkey meat and half of the Vino de Milo Pasta Sauce.
  3. Place in a pan and top with remaining sauce.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until thermometer registers an internal temperature of at least 170°F.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top then bake again until cheese melts.
