baked brie with roasted garlic dressing

Serves: 4 – 8



1 – 4 oz. or an 8 oz. round of brie (casing intact)

1 – 12 oz. jar of Vino de Milo Roasted Garlic Chardonnay Dressing

¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil) – pre-soak 15 minutes in hot water

2 Tbsp pine nuts



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place brie on parchment paper-lined baking sheet and top with generous amount of Vino de Milo Roasted Garlic Chardonnay Dressing.
  3. Sprinkle on sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts.
  4. Bake 10 – 15 minutes, or until brie is soft.
